Design Program Manager

 Position Summary     The Design Program Manager is responsible for the development of high quality design solutions to support workplace transformation projects.   The right candidate is up-to-date on the latest workplace trends and innovative thinking, has experience in the corporate interior design and construction field and is familiar with contract furniture systems.  This person will lead the design process working closely with staff across the organization to define project requirements and develop project scopes; s/he will partner closely with project delivery stakeholders and external design partners to develop creative solutions that will advance the Bridgewater workplace experience.  The Bridgewater workplace is moving into a new era of design innovation and technology advancements, and this role is a great opportunity for the right candidate to help shape that direction. Responsibilities          Methods and Processes - Owns, develops and leads design and programming processes to enable successful delivery of workplace transformation projects     Design Solutions - Oversee development of high-quality, creative design and space planning solutions to ensure they meet project goals including business and aesthetic requirements     Client Engagement & Program Development - Gains deep understanding of employee workplace requirements and captures to inform development of design solutions     Standards & Guidelines: Maintain and evolve overarching Bridgewater workplace design standards and design guidelines, evolving them in relation to emerging workplace strategy and changing business needs Position Requirements          7-10 years of relevant experience in corporate workplace design     Experience in designing modern, flexible and innovative workplaces that enable new ways of working     Experience in space planning, furniture systems, programming, and design standards for corporate workplaces     Highly collaborative, non-hierarchical and transparent working style     Broad understanding of and engagement with the latest trends of workplace innovation and design     Technical skills to include basic ability to use AutoCad, Adobe Suite, Microsoft Office as well as knowledge of CAFM systems 6782BR

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
