Customer Service Representative

Top three must haves:
? Customer service role so good energy, professionalism, critical thinking, and solution-oriented are musts
? Quick learner, self-motivated, organized, efficient and process-oriented
? Intermediate skills with MS office, especially Excel for reporting results
Position Responsibilities:
? Receives/Places, with appropriate processing, incoming and outbound calls to prospective consumers regarding therapy awareness, education and provide support tools to assist with the navigation of the care continuum;
? Maintains a broad-level working knowledge of relevant products and therapies to effectively address patient inquiries;
? Uses solid problem-solving and critical thinking techniques, tact, and discretion when handling telephone calls and correspondence;
? Follows and navigates call script with ease and professionalism;
? Understands and follows all applicable standard operating procedures (SOPs) accurately;
? Follows all patient privacy laws for protected health information in accordance with the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA)
? Associate Degree
? Excellent verbal and written communications skills required in both English and Spanish
? 2+ years administrative support and/or customer service experience in a professional corporate environment;
? Ability to work flexible schedule as business needs dictate
? 2+ years of experience in using a computer and multiple software programs and the ability to navigate through multiple screens and programs at the same time while on the phone
? 2+ years of experience with non-traditional technologies (e.g., iPad) and scanning documents.
? 2+ years of experience with MS applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
? 2+ years proficient with image management, including Adobe Acrobat
? 2+ years of experience assisting customers via phone

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
