Senior Management Associate

The Senior Management Associate is responsible for shaping and growing the future leadership of the company. In addition to being a member of the Core Management team (CMT), which is ultimately responsible for managing Bridgewater and working directly with the company's senior leaders, the SMA will work within Bridgewater's business units to drive business outcomes through responsibilities which may include:
Ensuring management is operating efficiently and effectively across Bridgewater by systematizing and driving the training, assessments and evaluations of people through the application of Bridgewater's principles and management methodologies
Ensuring departments are operating effectively and pursuant to the firm's principles and culture by forming an independent view of how the department should be managed through the analysis of complex people and business metrics & data, auditing of key business processes and developing a full understanding of key risks and problems and their fundamental causes at the organizational and employee levels
Driving key management initiatives at Bridgewater by leading & managing a team to design, recommend and ultimately implement solutions or alternative practice aimed at converting the best management principles and thinking into evidence-based decision systems
The SMA will be exposed to a wide variety of operations and management experiences by working in many areas of the business through ongoing rotations, and will be expected to take on additional responsibilities with increasing levels of complexity and scope. After completing the CMT program, managers will be deployed to areas of the company to oversee the implementation of the core strategy, management and operations.

Responsibilities N/A Position Requirements
At least 5 years of professional work experience with clear evidence of shaping an organization from idea to implementation
At least 3 years of management experience; leading teams of 3 or more people
Undergraduate degree in business, finance, economics or related analytical field and 5 years of experience or an Advanced degree in business, law or engineering or related and 3 years of experience.
Experience driving impact in leadership roles and clear measures of that success
Experience in partnering with senior leaders to drive department or organizational wide projects
Requires knowledge of organizational and human capital management concepts and strategies
Experience in analyzing business and people metrics & data

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
