Available nights and weekends is required.
Job Duties:
Answer phones and book appointments for customers based on their need for a service matching them to the proper therapist.
Greet and connect with members and guests as they come in for services providing a Best in Class experience.
Meet with first time guests to determine what their need for on-going services are during an initial intake process.
Take clients on clinic tours to ensure they gain a clear understanding of what Massage Envy Spa offers.
Present Massage Envy Spa's Wellness Program to guests after they come out of their service by reviewing the therapist's recommendation of care. Over-come any objections the guest may provide during the sales process by focusing on their need to receive more services which in-turn will allow us to make them feel better.
Comfortable with SALES - being able to go past "no"
Sell gift cards and retail products.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
