Bookkeeper Accountant
We are seeking an experienced Bookkeeper for an immediate opening in Wesport, CT! The ideal candidate will possess strong accounting knowledge, have solid customer service skills, and will be available to start right away
Responsibilities:
Process accounts payable, accounts receivable, and handle collections calls
Responsible for client billing
Bank and credit card reconciliations
Prepare and post journal entries
Provide reporting and assist with financial statement preparation
Scan copies of invoices and file
Research and resolve accounts payable issues with vendors
Qualifications:
Degree preferred
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Highly organized with ability to multi-task
Possess a strong attention to detail
Microsoft Excel and WordEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
