Be a leader in data design, architect and build data warehouse solutions.
Design data-driven solutions to the biggest challenges across our business.
Work closely with our engineering and product teams to develop beautiful and data driven tools to help our members understand and navigate the healthcare system.

You have experience with some of the tools we use and are excited to learn the others: PHP, MySQL, MongoDB, Tableau, and d3.js.
Requirements:
5 plus years of experience in data analysis and data design experience.
5 plus years of experience in developing complex reports to give business users insight.
Proven ability to handle difficult situations and create effective solutions.
Good communication skills.
Experience creating and modifying existing databases designs.
Experience creating and modifying warehouse designs and datasets.
Ability to work independently and in a virtualized environment.
Ability to understand, develop and communicate ideas and issues.
Maintain strict confidentiality of patient health and client information, and follows procedures for creating, changing and safeguarding passwords.
