Admin Assistant / Operations Manager
Salary - 50k to 80k range.
Growing company Ad Agency type of company. They have about 15 people at this time and are growing. CEO has built many companies in his life time. Needs an operation director that can do everything and run the place, etc. Fast paced environment that you can feel the energy when you walk in.
Develop and provide client and internal reports
Manage budgets to ensure no overage or lost revenue opportunities and suggest ways to increase and optimize budget
Develop proposals and customer collateral
Assist sales with pipeline recommendations
Manage agency communications on existing campaign relationships
Act as central liaison between operations, sales and other departments
Education and Experience
BA/BS business or marketing-related degree or equivalent
Relevant advertising/marketing experience
Demonstrate ability to make excellent spending decisions and budget justifications
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Expert PowerPoint or equivalent presentation software skills
Expert in Excel
Experience in start-up and/or small marketing budget environments
Comfortable being an individual contributor
Ability to operate and excel in a fast paced environment
Collaborate effectively with all levels of the organization
