The Director of Expansion plays a critical role in assisting the growth trajectory and overall impact of Horizons nationally and within a growing number of regions as we grow from 38 programs to 50 programs by 2016. Central to our growth strategy is a new growth initiative we call Community Focused Expansion (CFE), in which we build one Horizons with multiple partners to achieve high impact withinEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
