1Leading the architectural design process from concept development through to completion on luxury residential projects.2Collaborating with project teams to ensure design vision and client expectations are met and exceeded.3Preparing and presenting design proposals to clients, including detailed drawings, 3D models, and visualizations.4Coordinating with consultants, contractors, and vendors to ensure the seamless execution of projects.5Keeping up-to-date with the latest design trends, technologies, and regulations in luxury residential architecture.6Mentoring and providing guidance to junior team members, fostering an environment of learning and growth.7Participating in client meetings and presentations, effectively communicating our design vision and approach.
Qualifications:
1A professional degree in Architecture from an accredited institution.2A minimum of 8
years of experience in architecture design, preferably within high-end luxury residential.3Proficiency in AutoCAD.4Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients, team members, and other stakeholders.5A strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and legal regulations.6The ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines without compromising on quality.7A passion for luxury residential architecture, with a keen eye for detail and a commitment to design excellence.8A proactive approach, with the ability to take initiative and solve problems creatively.9Registration or licensure in Architecture is a plus.This is an exciting opportunity for a talented and ambitious architectural designer to take their career to the next levelIf you have a passion for luxury residential architecture and a commitment to design excellence, we would love to hear from you.Interested in hearing more?
