About the Investment Talent Management TeamThe Investment Talent Management team sits within our Recruiting function in the Investment Engine and works closely with our business partners to onboard, develop, and retain the world's best investment talent.

About Your RoleBridgewater is looking for a proactive, collaborative, and self-motivated project manager to develop and lead initiatives across the investment talent landscape.
This person will conceptualize, build, and execute strategic and operational projects in partnership with subject matter experts across the human capital lifecycle, including learning and development, performance management, diversity and inclusion, and talent acquisition.
Importantly, this person will be highly independent and comfortable with ambiguity, with the ability to own strategic initiatives from ideation to execution at an enterprise level.

Compensation Band:
The wage range for this position is $100,000-$150,000 inclusive of base salary and discretionary target bonus.
The expected base salary for this role is between 80%-90% of this wage range.
