Collaborate with stakeholders to understand demand and timelines.
Solicit proposals from suppliers Coordinate new supplier onboarding Shepherd supplier and stakeholder through contracting process, ensuring the proper steps are completed and milestones are tracked against overarching timelines.
Coordinate with the Stakeholders, Supplier, Legal, Security, and others to ensure proper legal and commercial terms are in place.
Track progress and provide updates through time Handle ad-hoc requests, projects, and reports Analyze sets of data to derive insight, synthesis, and opportunities Effectively communicate ideas, options, trade-offs, and recommendations Qualifications Excellent detail orientation and ability to meet tight deadlines Organized & Reliable Persistence and drive for results Strong communication skills (both written and verbal).
Proficiency with MS Office, including advanced Excel skills.
Deals well with ambiguity; ability to problem solve.
Coupa experience is desirable The highest level of integrity and respect for confidential information.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
