Eye Physicians & Surgeons, PC Eye Physicians & Surgeons, PC Westport, CT Westport, CT Full-time Full-time $18 - $22 an hour $18 - $22 an hour Upscale Multi-Site Ophthalmology Practice is seeking an upbeat, mature, reliable, and professional front desk receptionist to help manage our beautiful downtown Westport, CT office.
The right candidate must have at least 3 years of experience working as a receptionist in a medical office, must have knowledge of an EHR system, must be able to use a computer including Microsoft Office and Outlook.
The candidate must also present and speak well to be able to clearly communicate and follow through on all tasks.
The right candidate must be a quick learner, work well under pressure, and be able to independently solve problems.
Our fast paced environment duties include greeting and checking out patients, taking payments, posting charges, verifying insurances, making appointments, and heavy phone contact.
Other responsibilities include working an occasional Saturday morning in our Milford, CT office and covering in other locations as needed in emergent situations.
