Job Description:
ERC Recovery Group Inc is seeking a full-time Administrative Assistant to join our team.
This position will manage administrative tasks on our day-to-day duties.
Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening.
The abilities to multitask, prioritize and manage time efficiently.
Excellent communication skills.
Build sustainable relationships and trust customer accounts through open communication.
Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods and tools.

years of proven customer support experience or experience as a client service representative.
Handle requests and queries appropriately.
Arrange and manage calls, meetings and appointments appropriately as needed.
Customer orientation and the ability to adapt / respond to different personalities.
Produce reports, presentations and short briefs as directed.
Familiarity with CRM and practices.
Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents.
Up to date with advancements in office gadgets and applications.
Exemplary planning and time management skills.
The ideal candidate will be able to adapt quickly, work independently, and have a high degree of attention to detail.
Qualifications:
High School Diploma or Equivalent; Preferred Administration or Business Studies candidate Prior experience working in a fast paced, preferred but not required.
Must be able to adapt quickly, work independently, and have a high degree of attention to detail.
Must be able to read, write, speak, and understand the English language.
Must possess the ability to follow instructions and procedures.
Must possess excellent organizational skills.
Must be able to maintain confidential information.
Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) and Google Suite (Drive & Docs).
Responsibilities:
Answer incoming phone calls from customers in a professional manner.
Responsible for scheduling appointments for clients as well as assisting clients with their order status.
Maintain confidentiality of all client information at all times by keeping all client files updated and properly stored at all times by following standard procedures outlined by your department head or supervisor.
Assist other areas as needed when needed by assisting clients with their questions when needed by answering questions, when necessary, by following standard procedures outlined by your department head or supervisor.
Perform other duties as assigned by your department head or supervisor.
