Candidate will work in team-oriented environment to provide administrative support including:
Job Description:
Calendaring and deadline tracking - maintain systematic follow-up systems to ensure that deadlines are met.
Prepare, edit, proof and finalize general correspondence, Wills & Trusts, Probate Court documents - Petitions, Affidavits, etc.
Management of original estate planning documents, including creating client binders.
Open new files and maintain client and general files.
Qualifications:
Experience in probate drafting and estate administration Ability to multitask and to prioritize work for 3 attorneys based on due dates Highly organized Deadline and detail-oriented Excellent computer skills and aptitude required Microsoft 365 - knowledge of advanced features of Excel and Word required Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ideal candidate is a self-starter who is able to work both independently and as part of a team, reliable, takes ownership of job duties and takes pride in the quality of their work.
