The family are flexible on a few different schedule options, depending on what the nanny is looking for:
M-F 6:
00am-1:
30pm M-F 11:
00am-6:
30pm Above afternoon schedule but with shorter days on Friday Overtime is available during the summers and when the other nanny is on vacation (not required).
Pay:
$33ph through payroll.
Overtime pay over 40hrs.
Benefits include two weeks paid vacation, 3-5 personal/sick days, major federal holidays paid and off.
The family provides a nanny vehicle while on duty.
Start Date:
Flexible, can hire immediately or wait for nanny to give notice.
This is potentially a VERY long term position.
When the children are teenagers, the family will still need a household manager.
Duties:
Depending on the schedule the nanny chooses, the nanny will get the kiddos ready in the morning, prepare breakfast and take them to school.
Nanny will maintain household projects during the day or do pick-ups and transport to after school activities.
The nanny will cook 5-7 meals per week so they need to be willing to cook but no meal planning.
There are housecleaners the nanny will manage.
This family is looking for a household manager type of nanny.
Someone who doesn't need a lot of direction after learning the flow of the family.
This family will LOVE their nanny.
You will be given a lot of freedom/autonomy in this position! The family are looking for a nanny who won't take advantage of this freedom and knows how to envision a well-run household.
The nanny should be a team player and work well with the other household staff and coordinate/work well with the other nanny (who works opposite schedules).
A no-drama and passionate about their job type.
Reliability is VERY important.
A nanny who calls out last minute or takes extra time off will not do well here.

Friendly, good sense of humor, honest.
Respectful of people's boundaries (it goes both ways, too!).
Someone who is quiet would do fine but someone who is shy probably won't do well here.
The nanny needs to flow well with a family who are on the go and not be overly sensitive.
