Drive sales by merchandising the store to make the customer have a easy feel good shopping experience.
Responsible for the overall visual, merchandising (floor sets), promotion's of the store.
Communicates Effectively Share the stories, collaborations, craft and details behind our products to bring them to life for our customer.
Listen intently to discover customer aspirations, anticipate needs and suggest the right products.
Manage all aspects of a customer's expectations, clearly communicating product information, care & maintenance, timeframes/delivery.
Able to communicate with district partners and share inspirations and ideas, Develops Self & Others Able to train associates on visual/merchandising and be able to effectively lead a team.
Continually seek out inspiration, trends and ways to elevate product, decorating and styling expertise.
Be an authority on local design magazines, bloggers and the design community to build relationships and personal expertise.
Model all the behaviors and skills and promote all the services that build lasting client relationships and drive sales (Selling Essentials, Product Essentials, West Elm Credit Card, clienteling, wishlist).
Creates Teams & Partnerships Communicate openly to create an environment where all associates are treated with respect and diversity is valued, in accordance with our People First Philosophy.
Collaborate with the store team, appreciate and value the talents and contributions of others.
