We are in search of motivated, reliable individuals who love working with baseball players from ages 8-19.
Turn2 is looking for assistant coaches and head coaches for our travel teams as well as coaches to run camps and clinics at our facility/fields.
Our program is seeking applicants who will teach and mold these young men into student-athletes.
We strive ourselves on putting person before player and being a team player.
We are committed to maintaining an environment which provides opportunities to individuals with a wide variety of talents, experiences, perspectives, and backgrounds.

Qualifications Baseball coaching or playing background is REQUIRED.
Completion of CPR and First Aid training or enrollment in current CPR and First Aid training course.
Able to communicate in a professional manner to parents and players.
Good organizational skills.
Availability Monday-Friday late afternoons and evenings and games on weekends.
Roles and Responsibilities are as follows but not limited to:
Work cooperatively with Turn2 Staff in order to operate a well-balanced baseball program.
Schedule games/practices for season.
Provide a safe physical environment.
Communicate in a positive way.
Teach the fundamental skills of baseball.
Develop professional relationships with the athlete and parents.
Help to grow and develop the program.
Assisting participants in the development of the required sport-specific skills.
